What's the different between Startup and Growth plan?

Great question! Startup plans are great for companies with smaller hiring goals or that have infrequent hiring sprints. Growth plans are great for teams who want to have steady hiring plans or large hiring goals.

You can also look at converting these to annual subscription and avail great discounts.

What is 'Successfull Hire' and 'Success fee'?

On the monthly plans customers will pay a small amount to access the assessment library and send candidates.

Any candidate who accepts an offer will be a 'Successful Hire'.

The 'Success Fee' will be invoiced after the offer is accepted on monthly plans?

What discounts are available?

We make it easy and transparent. If you want discounts you can choose to pre-pay for 3 or more hires.

The more hires you buy upfront the larger the per hire discount you get.

How do you track 'Sucessful Hire'?

Hires will be tracked via your ATS integration or self reporting in the Kodiva App.

You also have a Customer Success Manager to report into if needed.

How can I begin using Kodiva?
