Every candidate passes an AI interview on real analysis work and is scored L1 to L5. A senior reviewer checks the top scorers before you see a shortlist.
How fast can we meet candidates?
Most roles get a scored shortlist within a week of the hiring call. You only pay when you hire.
Can we hire on contract or full-time?
Both, plus contract-to-hire. For contract roles we handle contracts, payroll and compliance in each country.
