How fast can we meet people?
Most roles get a scored shortlist within a week of the hiring call. You only pay when you hire.
What does the AI interview test?
Real work in the role, not trivia. Engineers explain and debug the kind of systems they would build for you; operators walk through how they use AI in their day-to-day work. Each answer is scored against a rubric for that specialisation, and you can watch the recording.
Can we hire in our time zone?
Yes. Tell us your working hours and the overlap you need, and we only shortlist people who can meet it.
Who handles contracts and payroll?
For contract roles we do: contracts, payroll and local compliance in each country. For full-time hires, the person joins your payroll directly.
What if a hire doesn't work out?
Tell us early. We will talk it through with you and, if it is not working, find a replacement from the same shortlist or a new search.
