If you apply for work with Kodiva
Our Find work page has two application forms: one for experts (“Apply to work with Kodiva”) and one for skilled hands-on work.
- What we collect: your name, phone number (which we may also use on WhatsApp), and the details you enter. The expert form also asks for your email, country, type of work, field, and a LinkedIn or CV link or an uploaded CV or resume (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB). The skilled hands-on form also asks for your city, trade or skill, years of experience, where you work, and the languages you speak.
- Why: to review your application, contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp about work with Kodiva, send you the AI interview link, and match you to work. We contact you this way only if you tick the consent box on the form, and we record when you gave it. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@kodiva.ai.
- Where it goes: your application is stored in our customer relationship management system (Bigin by Zoho). An uploaded CV is first stored privately on Amazon Web Services in India and then attached to your record there. We also keep a backup copy of each form submission on Amazon Web Services in India.
- WhatsApp: if we message you on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
- How long we keep it: the uploaded CV file and the form backup are deleted from Amazon Web Services after 90 days. Your record in our CRM, including the attached CV, is kept while we consider you for work, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Recordings: if you are invited to paid recording sessions, we will explain exactly how recordings are used and ask for your consent separately before anything is recorded. Faces and bystanders are blurred, and you can withdraw at any time.
We do not use your phone number or CV for advertising, and we do not sell them.
