Data handling
Customer data and prompts are used only for your project. Never used to train other models or shared across clients.
Encryption
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit.
Access
Isolated workspaces per lab project. Experts see only assigned tasks; SSO and least-privilege for staff.
Retention
Deleted within 30 days of the project ending, or sooner on request.
Monitoring
Access logs and a documented process for handling security incidents.
Experts
ID-verified, under NDA, trained on confidentiality before first task.

Is our data used to train other models?

No. Your data is used only for your project and is deleted at the end of the engagement or on request.

Can experts work inside our own tools?

Yes. Experts can work in your labelling tool or environment, with accounts you control, or in an isolated Kodiva workspace set up for your project.

Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

Not yet. Both are on our roadmap, and we'll share reports here when they're done.

Where is data stored?

On AWS. Tell us if your project needs a specific region.
